Passing on the information that America Needs Fatima is sponsoring the annual Rosary Rally for 2018. https://www.americaneedsfatima.org/Rally-News/rosary-rally-central-2.html The link has all the information.

I signed up to be a Rosary Captain, last year, and it was a wonderful experience. We were blessed in that even though our site faced two, major streets, we didn’t get any adverse response to praying our public Rosary in honor of the Blessed Mother. Every year, more and more people are signing up for this. Given the current state of the world, we may seemingly be a ‘drop in the bucket’ but we get to use a powerful weapon against the evils of the world. Last year was the 100th anniversary of the miracle at Fatima. This year, we get to participate in the first anniversary towards the next century!

Check out the site and you will find they have covered just about every question/need. A banner will be supplied as well as the prayers for the public Rosary. Encourage people to make their own banners and bring friends. Remember to take pictures and share them with America Needs Fatima.

Celebrating Our Lady of Fatima – October 13, 2017 – 100 Year Anniversary!

Our parish’s first Rosary Rally for Our Lady of Fatima and what a good year to begin – celebrating the 100 Year Anniversary of the Day the Sun Danced at Fatima! We were blessed with around 50 in attendance, perfect  weather, and a lot of great people driving by honking, waving, and enjoying our efforts.

America Needs Fatima https://www.americaneedsfatima.org/ is sponsoring a nationwide Rosary in honor of the anniversary and for our country. The date assigned is October 14, 2017. You can read the details in the link provided above. Please consider honoring Our Blessed Mother and our Faith by organizing a group of your own.

God is offering us eternity so 30 minutes or so in prayer with His Blessed Mother isn’t too much to ask. Besides, it could be an wonderful way to start a weekend.

A Lot to Make Up For The Last 100 Years!

POPE ST. LEO XIII’S VISION

According to legend, exactly 33 years (span of our Lord’s life) to the day prior to the great Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, that is, on October 13, 1884, Pope Leo XIII had a remarkable vision. When the aged Pontiff had finished celebrating Mass in his private Vatican Chapel, attended by a few Cardinals and members of the Vatican staff, he suddenly stopped at the foot of the altar. He stood there for about 10 minutes, as if in a trance, his face ashen white. Then, going immediately from the Chapel to his office, he composed the prayer to St. Michael, with instructions it be said after all Low Masses everywhere. When asked what had happened, he explained that, as he was about to leave the foot of the altar, he suddenly heard voices – two voices, one kind and gentle, the other guttural and harsh. They seemed to come from near the tabernacle. As he listened, he heard the following conversation:

The guttural voice, the voice of Satan in his pride, boasted to Our Lord: “I can destroy your Church.”

The gentle voice of Our Lord: “You can? Then go ahead and do so.”

Satan: “To do so, I need more time and more power.”

Our Lord: “How much time? How much power?”

Satan: “75 to 100 years, and a greater power over those who will give themselves over to my service.”

Our Lord: “You have the time, you will have the power. Do with them what you will.”
