This quote is strong, to the point, and could be bordering on the truth in many cases. I’ve known too many mothers who put the nutritional needs of their family on the back burner because, fact it, fixing meals day in and day out is a hassle . . . unless you approach the chore with joy and love because you DO have a family you want to feed with love and food.
When you cook it should be an act of love. To put a frozen bag in the microwave for your child is an act of hate.
